Ways to work with me

1:1 Sessions

If you’re struggling with chronic stress, burnout, or overwhelming emotions — you don’t have to figure it out alone.

We start with a free 20-minute intro call to see if we’re a good fit and to explore what kind of support you may need.

Sessions are held online (Zoom), 1–2 hours long, and fully tailored to your situation. Together, we work gently but effectively on nervous system regulation, emotional release, and restoring your inner balance.  Relief is possible — and sometimes comes faster than expected, though sometimes requires longer journey.

Flexible pricing may be available in case of financial hardship.

Online Courses

If you prefer to begin privately and in your own rhythm, you’ll find foundational knowledge and many practical tools in my self-paced e-courses.

These pre-recorded courses cover all core topics and are designed in a way that won’t overwhelm you. You can begin gently, at your own pace — no scheduling required.

Each course includes:

  • Short, easy-to-follow videos
  • Supportive audio tracks
  • Written materials and exercises
