1:1 Sessions

Intro Call

Not sure which option is right for you? That’s completely okay .If you’re interested in working together, we’ll start with a short 20-minute intro call  – a short, relaxed conversation where we can explore your situation and see what kind of support would be most helpful. While our nervous systems follow similar principles, how they express stress, trauma or overwhelm can differ greatly — which is why an individual approach matters. 

During the call, we’ll also get a general idea of whether one session might be enough, or if a series of sessions would serve you better. This call is free of charge and doesn’t obligate you to book a session.

Sessions

We meet online via Zoom. Each session lasts around 1–2 hours.
Please find a space where you can be calm, safe, and undisturbed. Make sure your internet connection is stable and the lighting is good.
If possible, position your camera so that I can see both your face and upper chest — this helps me better observe your nervous system cues.

1 Session

100 €

Within 2 weeks after booking.

The session usually lasts around 1–2 hours, often closer to 2 hours.
The fee also includes a short follow-up check-in within 2 weeks after the session.

3 sessions

270 €

Sessions scheduled 1–2 weeks apart.

Each session typically lasts around 1–2 hours.
The fee includes a short follow-up check-in within approximately 2 weeks after the final session.

5 sessions

440 €

The fee includes, if needed, a short follow-up check-in within 2 weeks after the final session.

10 sessions

900 €

When is a session package the better choice?

A multi-session package often makes sense when:

  • you’re dealing with complex emotional layers or recurring patterns,
  • a significant life event (like a breakup, trauma, or major change) has shaken you up,
  • or there’s ongoing high stress and accumulated tension that needs gentle, step-by-step release.

Burnout recovery also usually requires more than just one session.

If you start with a single session but later discover that longer-term support is needed, I’ll count the earlier session(s) toward the package price.

Flexible pricing available

If you need help but your financial situation is complicated, please don’t let that stop you. Please reach out and feel welcome to ask, in some cases, flexible pricing is possible.

Cancellation policy

Let’s respect each other’s time. You can reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel later than that, I’ll charge 50% of the session fee.

When I can’t help

Please be aware that I’m not a psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor.
I’m unable to support you if you:

  • are dealing with clinical depression or mental health conditions that require medical treatment,
  • are under 18,
  • or have a serious medical illness.

In these cases, I kindly ask you to seek help from a licensed healthcare provider.
