Hello, I’m Annely!
I’m my own best “success story” and credential – though I hold formal ones too indeed.
Five years ago, during my second major burnout, I had no idea what lay ahead — or how difficult and life-changing the journey would become.
Because recovery was neither quick nor easy, it led me to dive deeply into a field I’d actually been drawn to all my life: the human being as a whole – mind, body, emotions and story. What drives us? What triggers us? What holds us back or inspires us? What stories shape our actions — and why do we repeat certain patterns?
I became my own test subject and began studying what actually helped — different tools and approaches for stress relief, burnout recovery practices, nervous system regulation and emotional release. Naturally, this path also brought me face-to-face with difficult emotions and unresolved trauma.
All of this helped me slowly rebuild my emotional and physical well-being – and become a multi-certified guide and coach, trained in several regulating and healing tools and approaches.
